DUI under the .08 limit? Yes.

Yes. According to Arizona Revised Statutes, 28-1381(a)(1), it is unlawful for a person to drive a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor if the person is impaired to the slightest degree from the intoxicating liquor.

After having a drink or two, even if your blood or breath alcohol level is below a .08, it is possible to be arrested and convicted for a DUI in Arizona.  However, it is often more difficult for the DUI Prosecutor to prove this charge, but nonetheless, you don't want to find out the hard way. In Arizona, impaired to the slightest degree driving is drunk driving.  #besafe  #drivesafe
