DUI under the .08 limit? Yes.

Yes. According to Arizona Revised Statutes, 28-1381(a)(1), it is unlawful for a person to drive a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor if the person is impaired to the slightest degree from the intoxicating liquor.   

After having a drink or two, even if your blood or breath alcohol level is below a .08, it is possible to be arrested and convicted for a DUI in Arizona.  However, it is often more difficult for the DUI Prosecutor to prove this charge, but nonetheless, you don't want to find out the hard way.
